Need Support? We’re Here to Help
Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, daily activities, or help with independent living, our team is ready to support you.
For more than three decades, WFBPMHA has worked alongside adults from Black and Minority Ethnic communities to improve mental health and wellbeing. Our centre provides personalised support, practical guidance and meaningful activities that build independence, reduce isolation and strengthen confidence.
As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our community and partners. Every donation helps us continue to provide hot meals, daily activities, health promotion and a safe, welcoming space for those who need it most.
At our centre, you’ll find a mix of one-to-one support, group activities and outreach services. From arts and crafts to health workshops and advocacy, our programmes are designed to meet the needs of adults aged 25 and over who are living with mental health challenges.
