Trip to Valentine's Park

The centre arranged a trip to Valentines park to go and see the play “Romeo and Juliet” which was being shown there. A fair amount of people attended this and the clients were welcome to bring family along.

The only downside to this was that it rained for most of the afternoon and most of us got soaked!

But despite the weather, all of the clients who went came back telling us how much they had enjoyed themselves and that the play was really good. Even the rain didn’t knock their spirits. One client said :

“The weather was horrible but the show was brilliant. I really did enjoy myself.”
Another said:

“It was a great outing and the play was excellent, even when it was pouring down with rain I still thoroughly enjoyed myself.”

Many of them felt that this was a great day out and they really admired the performers for still getting on with the show despite the rain.

All said that if they could have changed anything about the day, it would only have been the weather.
