Our Premises

Our building was refurbished in 1996/97 and consists of three floors. Please click on any photo to see a larger picture of that room.

There is a small forecourt on which 2 cars may park carefully. The paving has recently been redone. The ground floor is fully accessible with a ramp.
On entering the building, the reception room is to the left, this leads into the main office.
The dining area is situated next to the kitchen - this is a large, multifaceted space and is used for our keep fit classes, meetings, socials and seminars.
There is also a recreational area set aside on the ground floor that is used by our users for playing pool and watching television. There are facilities for everyone to make coffee/tea.
The kitchen tends to be the centre of our world and lunch is served for our users and members every day.
The library contains a number of books that might be of interest to our users. The room is also used as a counselling room at times and a television is also available for video club.
The arts & crafts room is on the first floor. See the arts & crafts section for more information.
The computer room contains several computers which our users may use at any time. Computer training courses take place here.
All our users may see a counsellor at any stage in the counselling room on the first floor. The room has a very relaxed atmosphere and is private as it is removed from the dining area.
The women's room features a washbasin and appliances for hair and beauty. Women may have their hair done here by appointment.
